These Terms govern your use of Ukwebtools and its tools (including ProfitPilot). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who we are

“Ukwebtools”, “we”, “us” means the operators of ukwebtools.com and related subdomains. For support, contact support@ukwebtools.com.

2) The service

• We provide calculators and web tools intended to help you estimate outcomes based on information you input.
• Tools may include free features and paid “PRO” features.
• We may update, change, or remove features at any time to improve security and performance.

4) Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• You must provide an email address you can access.
• We may suspend access if we detect abuse, fraud, or attempts to bypass limits.

5) PRO access (one-time purchase)

• PRO is a one-time purchase (not a subscription), unless explicitly stated otherwise on a pricing page.
• PRO access is linked to your account/email and is intended for a single user.
• You may not share, resell, transfer, or publicly distribute access methods, keys, or unlock mechanisms.

6) Payments & taxes

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor (for example Paddle, or another provider we may use from time to time). The processor may calculate/collect taxes (including VAT) where required, and may act as merchant of record depending on the checkout configuration.

We do not store full payment card details. We may receive limited transaction information needed to provide access and support (e.g., payment status, product purchased, purchaser email).

7) Refunds

We want the tools to feel safe to try. If you purchase PRO and experience a technical issue that prevents you from using core PRO features, contact support@ukwebtools.com within 7 days of purchase. If we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, we will support a refund request under the payment processor’s refund rules.

Note: Refund handling and timing may depend on the payment processor’s policies and verification steps.

8) Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to hack, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not bypass trial limits or access controls.
• Do not use the site to break laws, infringe rights, or distribute malware.
• Do not submit spam, hateful content, or deceptive reviews.

9) Reviews

• Reviews submitted in tools may appear publicly.
• We may remove reviews that are abusive, spammy, illegal, or clearly deceptive.
• Do not claim “official affiliation” with marketplaces or platforms in reviews.

10) Intellectual property

Ukwebtools, its design, code, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the tools or code without permission.

11) Availability & changes

We aim for high uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change features, pricing pages, and limits to maintain quality and security.

12) Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ukwebtools is not liable for losses arising from your use of the tools, including (without limitation) lost profits, business interruption, incorrect pricing decisions, or platform actions.

13) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
