Ukwebtools provides lightweight web tools (including ProfitPilot). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

• Account email (for tools that require login, e.g., ProfitPilot). Managed via Supabase authentication.
• Tool usage data required to enforce trial/PRO access (e.g., trial start date, feature counters).
• Reviews you submit (name optional, rating, message). Reviews appear publicly.
• Optional local data stored on your device (e.g., saved scenarios). This stays in your browser storage.

What we do not collect

• We do not collect or store your full payment card details (payments are handled by a third-party payment processor).
• We do not scrape marketplace accounts or import platform data.
• We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data.

How we use information

• To provide login, trial access, and PRO feature unlocking.
• To keep the tools working and prevent abuse.
• To display reviews publicly when you submit them.
• To respond to support requests and troubleshoot technical issues.

Payments

If you purchase a paid feature, checkout is handled by a third-party payment processor (for example Paddle, or another provider we may use from time to time). The payment processor may collect and process billing details (such as your name, email, billing address, VAT/tax information, and payment method metadata) to complete the transaction, prevent fraud, and comply with legal/tax obligations.

We receive limited transaction information needed to provide access and support (for example: payment status, product purchased, and purchaser email). We do not receive or store full card numbers.

Third parties

• Supabase is used for authentication and database storage of essential app data.
• Payment processor is used for checkout and payment processing (and may calculate/collect taxes where applicable).

Cookies & similar technologies

We may use essential cookies or similar technologies to keep the site functioning and to prevent abuse. Our payment processor may also use cookies or similar technologies for checkout, fraud prevention, and transaction security.

International transfers

Some service providers may process personal data outside the UK/EEA. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as contractual protections) to protect your data.

Data retention

We retain account and trial/PRO status data for as long as needed to provide access. If you want your account removed, contact support@ukwebtools.com.

Your choices

• You can stop using the tools at any time.
• You can request account deletion via email.
• You can clear local-only data by clearing site storage in your browser.
